UK Skilled Worker Visa
The Skilled Worker Visa is the primary visa category for foreign nationals seeking employment in the UK. This route allows skilled workers to come to the UK to work for a UK employer that has been approved as a licensed sponsor by the Home Office. It replaces the former Tier 2 (General) visa.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a Skilled Worker visa, an applicant must meet the following requirements:
